This is great news, Darshin. Here's hoping this is the start of much better things for you.

Wow Darshin, that's brilliant I'm really pleased for you and so impressed, perhaps now you can get back to a version of your previously active life. Don't overdo it mind, really tempting to think you're superhuman all of a sudden and then end up in bed for the day. I'm afraid I'm very prone to this sort of behaviour and its not good for you!

I'm still trying to re-organise my version of normality and nothing's happening in the right order or when it should so I'm temporarily still running my business and learning a new job. Just waiting for the inevitable but if I can just keep that last plate spinning for a little while longer I might just make it. I tell you, if my life were a book it would be a page turner, just hope there's a happy ending!

Take care
Sara

But do feel a tiny bit worse than 2 days back..

But one more 30 min gym burning 100 calories!!

Please god let this be real control from the combi DMARD drugs not just a lull before another flare-up..

Take your new found abilities and enjoy them... BUT dont overdo it and put yourself into a flair!

Its hard when you feel well for the first time I know!

Hello All.

Haven't been on for ages..but basically because of good news for now. The combination therapy of MTX, SFZ and HCO seems to working pretty well for me.

I know the RA is still there but basically I live with mild pain and pretty good mornings now and manage to work full week - no pain killers.

Which is all unbelievable compared to a few months back when I thought it was all over for me..

Doing light exercise couple of times a week and thinking of long term plans again..
